Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has been honoured with an international Icon of Indian Cinema award. He received this award from southern superstars. It was presented to Shahrukh Khan at the 16^th edition of Asian Film Awards held on Friday. It is a great honour for me to receive this award by Asianet. To be given the award so much love by Mammootty and was an amazing feeling. They are the artists who have inspired me as an actor always, it is all said by Shahrukh Khan when he was receiving the award. The actor, who has been in showbiz for over two decades, says he has always worked towards making or being a part of cinema that entertains all and is meant for all. It is humbling to know that is gets noticed in the same capacity. Awards always motivate me to work harder and make more cinema that brings a smile on every one is face which is added the 48 years old.
